1 pound strawberries
3 ounces white chocolate
6 ounces semisweet chocolate
Start by preparing the strawberries. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Ensure that the strawberries are dry or the chocolate won’t stick properly. Next, melt the chocolate. Start by chopping the chocolate. Put the chocolate into to separate bowls that can withstand heat. Heat water over medium heat in a saucepan until it simmers. Turn the heat off and put the bowls with the chocolate over the hot water. Stir until the chocolate is smooth. Remove the melted chocolate, and dip the strawberries into the semisweet chocolate. Place them on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Dip a fork into the white chocolate and drizzle it over the strawberries. Let the chocolate harden and enjoy.
