What are your hobbies and/or guilty pleasures? One of my guilty pleasures is watching football—there’s something about the excitement of the game and the camaraderie that makes it the perfect escape.

What brings you joy outside of work? The moments that truly bring me joy are the ones spent with my family. Whether it’s a simple weekend outing or a more elaborate adventure, I cherish any activity that involves my wife and our three daughters. Family is everything.

What do others say your strengths are? I’m often described as a visionary with a dynamic, charismatic presence. People say I have a unique ability to inspire others and bring ideas to life with enthusiasm and energy.

Fun facts about you or your family: I have identical twin girls, which is a constant source of joy and surprises! Additionally, my in-laws are blessed with a lively crew of 11 granddaughters, all between the ages of 1 and 7—our family gatherings are always full of energy and laughter.
