Gina Foster CIC, CRIS, ACSR

Operations Manager
Commercial Lines Manager

Anyone who talks to me quickly discovers I’m a Texan through and through. I graduated from the University of North Texas with a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance, and I’ve spent my career on the commercial side of the agency world. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of learning from a variety of agencies and talented colleagues.

In my previous role of 27 years, I earned both my Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Construction Risk Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designations, and I had the opportunity to manage and mentor an incredible team. My passion for education, technology, and efficiency made working in operations and administration a natural fit.

When the opportunity to join Patterson & Associates came along, I knew immediately I had found my forever home. I’m grateful to be back to my roots—managing the Commercial Lines department and working directly with clients. The people I work with and the relationships we build truly make me look forward to coming to work each day.

I am also actively involved with the Independent Insurance Agents of Dallas (IIAD), where I serve on the All-Industry Day committee. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of serving and leading in various insurance organizations and committees throughout the industry.

The insurance world can be challenging, and some days are tougher than others—but helping clients find the right solutions is incredibly rewarding. It’s why I love what I do.
